Continuity mistake: Pilot Episode: The Angels have gathered and the slideshow with the mission briefing is starting. Kate Jackson turns around and puts her glass next to the ink stamp, but when the desk is shown at an angle from the front displaying projector, Bosley and the guy with the horrible 'do that won't be in the rest of the series, then the glass is not present. Continuity mistake: Heinz Brandon gives Jill a medal. Jill's nails are rather long and shining. In the next shot, we see Jill's hands holding the medal: now her nails are very short and not shining. (00:40:05)
Continuity mistake: After the chase in the potato truck, the Angels are missing the handcuffs around their wrists. But they can't have removed them: they didn't have a key, they only removed the cuffs from the connecting chains, and after they cut off the chains, they were in the truck until they pulled over.
Continuity mistake: After the Angels escape the Sheriff's car, they run to a barn. They spot a truck with the back loaded above the cab, with potato boxes. They steal the truck and when they pull out from beside the barn, the truck only has half the amount of boxes. No boxes can be seen higher than the sides of the truck. They don't pull out quick enough for the boxes to fall off.
Continuity mistake: During the scene where the Angels are being driven out into the desert to be killed, they are chained together. They reach over the front seat and choke the Sheriff and Deputy. In the close up shot, they pull their heads back with the chains. The Sheriff's hands go up in the air. In the long shot, the person driving and passenger are sitting normally and steering the vehicle.
Continuity mistake: Jill and Kelly hijack a cab to stop the killer from bombing Charlie's cab. On the way back to the mansion they pass Charlie's cab and almost run into a large truck. They miss the truck, but Charlie's cab hits it head on, doing some serious damage to the cab's front end. After they stop the killer, Charlie's cab arrives and now has no damage.
Continuity mistake: Bosley is speaking to Sabrina from the agency. He is using a white phone receiver. Sabrina asks him to run the plates for a vehicle. Bosley picks up a red phone receiver. He then speaks to Sabrina using the white phone. She tells him to call the highway patrol and hangs up. Bosley then picks up the red phone, but proceeds to use the white phone's keypad to make the call to the highway patrol. (00:32:55)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Inga is wearing a purge mask. When she goes underwater, she is wearing a completely different mask that has no purge valve.
Continuity mistake: In a close up shot, we see Ernesto's hands holding a nutcracker. In the following long shot, he holds a different nutcracker. (00:11:50)
Continuity mistake: Ernesto is wearing a red shirt and a brown jacket. The sleeves of the jacket are quite high up the arm, so that the sleeves of the shirt are visible. In the following close up shot, the sleeves of the jacket are not reversed, so the sleeves of the shirt are completely covered. (00:37:05)
Continuity mistake: After the accident, Kelly has a telephone call in her car where she sits on the driver seat. However, in a close up shot of the hand, it appears that she is sitting on the passenger seat. (00:43:55)
Continuity mistake: Sabrina is sharpening a pencil in her office at the police department. She wears two rings: one on her left little finger and one on her left ring finger (long shot). In a subsequent long shot, the ring on the ring finger has disappeared. (00:05:35 - 00:06:50)
