Continuity mistake: The Angels, Hansworth and Chadwick are discussing on the ski track. This is the position of each character (from left to right) in long shots: Kelly, Kris, Hansworth, Sabrina, Chadwick. However in closer shots, Sabrina and Chadwick switch their position. (00:46:15)
Continuity mistake: Jill and Paul Ferrino have a ride on his motorbike. When they arrive to the track, Jill wears a pair of sun glasses which she didn't have in the previous shots. (00:09:20)
Visible crew/equipment: During the final chase, Jaclyn Smith's double stuntwoman is extremely evident. (00:43:45)
Trivia: The only Angel to last the entire series was Kelly, played by Jaclyn Smith.

Answer: No, Charlie's face was never fully seen. In addition, Charlie was voiced by John Forsythe and he never even came to the set. Whenever we do see Charlie, it's a body double and not Forsythe.
