But moments later,seen in psyche ward after being cleaned up, there's no sign of any hurt on that hand, even no gauze covering at all. We can see his normal good hand.

That wouldn't make sense because the original grave stone in series 4 has Michael's death date as 2005, which is supposed to be at least 3 years after Fox River.
