In the close-up of the ID card, he's holding it with both hands, then in the following wide shot, he's holding it with one hand again. The wallet also opens horizontally, then vertically, then horizontally again. (00:19:00)
Continuity mistake: When Andy shows up in Arthur's office and April tells him to put the radiation machine down, he picks it up off the table, but then in the next shot, it's back down on the table. (00:45:45)

Continuity mistake: When Napoleon and Illya are briefing George after he is "brainwashed", Illya is standing up straight in front of George's chair, but then is suddenly leaning forward with his arm on the chair's back. (00:15:00)
Continuity mistake: When Illya talks with Carl Voegler in the woods, Voegler rests his bow on the ground, gripping it with his right hand and his left arm resting on top. In the next shot, he's gripping the bow with his left hand and his right hand is instantly down by his side. (00:17:55)

Audio problem: When Parviz realizes Napoleon stole his gun, his mouth doesn't move when he says "My pistol." (00:20:35)
Answer: He must have ridden in an Eaton's store elevator while he was in Canada at some point. For some reason, this elevator reminds him of it. The show's original concept had Solo being a Canadian, so this may be a minor nod to that fact.
