Continuity mistake: When Ki-Adi-Mundi says "Shot him down", he has his shirt on his left shoulder, but when he says "No. We must pursue", he has it on his right shoulder, with nothing on his left shoulder.

Chapter 11 - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Padme kiss in the alleyway, an alien passes by, glancing at them, and they break up. But in the first shot (from the main street side), when the alien looks at them it is almost past the alleyway. But in the next shot, when Anakin and Padme break apart, the same alien starts walking by the opening once again.

Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Continuity mistake: After his duel against Dooku, Grievous is seen putting his saber away. When he puts it on the belt, it has no spikes, but in the close up two spikes can be seen at the bottom.

Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Continuity mistake: After Palpatine and Windu have informed them about Grievous' possible location on Nelvaan, Obi-Wan and Anakin discuss the new mission. At first, the two sit quite close together, but in the next shot they sit much further apart.

Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Chapter 13 - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: After Padme drags Threepio away as the attack on the city begins, Mace Windu's fighter swoops across the screen from left to right, and it rolls onto its side to show us the top of the cockpit. We see his canopy is similar to the design found in the 'Revenge of the Sith' film, being comprised of three large panels of glass. Unlike the film version (which has a small porthole behind the pilot's head), there is no glass behind Windu. But when the shot cuts to show him inside, there are three windows behind him. Seconds later, another interior view shows the three 'windows' are now solid panels. (00:28:20)

Chapter 13 - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: When Mace Windu cuts his way into the Seismic Tank, a score of droids is waiting for him, including one to the left of the opening. He still stands there as Windu completes the cutting, but the patch Force-smashes only into the droids right in front of the opening; the lone droid should be unaffected due to his position. But when Windu jumps in, the droid is suddenly gone.

Chapter 13 - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: When Mace Windu jumps up to the top of the hill where the boy is standing, we see that he lands on one knee, but in the next shot he is standing up to his full height, and his lightsaber is pointed in the opposite direction.

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and his rescuers are in the descending elevator, a wide shot shows the trooper with the rocket launcher standing at the far left of the shot, in front of the hammer-headed Jedi. The shot then tightens in and suddenly this trooper is behind Palpatine, who is behind that Jedi. (00:39:20)

But when seen from the front again, this trooper has the very obvious launcher hanging from his shoulder, behind him. (00:40:00)

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and his rescuers emerge from the elevator, the characters' positions in relation to each other changes radically despite nobody moving. First shot, the line up, left to right, is Hammer Head, Trooper, female Jedi, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (the 3 Jedi are in the front row, the rest behind). In the next shot, the order is now (right to left, from behind) Hammer Head, female Jedi, Trooper, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (Palpatine now in the front row). Next, a tighter shot has Hammer Head moved to the back row, behind a trooper. Meanwhile, the two troopers keep switching sides, as the rifle is seen at left or at right, while the rocket launcher is not seen at all until the troopers are suddenly together at the left of the screen when Hammer Head yells. Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Oro Dassyne: I wonder how many they'll send. We've got so much firepower in here, these walls are ray-shielded. They can't take this fort. It'll probably be, uh, fifty Jedi. They'll need at least that many. Huh, maybe a hundred Jedi! They'll never take this base with less. Ha, they'll need an army of Jedi!
Battle Droid: I have a visual.
Oro Dassyne: Jedi?
Battle Droid: I think so.
Oro Dassyne: How many? A thousand?
Battle Droid: No.
Oro Dassyne: Eighty?
Battle Droid: No, sir.
Oro Dassyne: What? Fifty?
Battle Droid: Less.
Oro Dassyne: Forty? Come on, how many?
Battle Droid: Two.
Oro Dassyne: What?! Give me those!

Answer: Her date of birth is unrevealed. What little is known is that she was found as a child (precise age unknown) by a Jedi who crashlanded on her homeworld of Rattatak somewhere around 40BBY (precise year unknown). Realising her Force potential, he took her as his Padawan and trained her for some years, only to be cut down by a local warlord before he could finish, leaving her to seek vengeance on the warlords who had conspired against him, precipitating her fall to the Dark Side. It's difficult to determine her precise age from all this, but if we assume that she was ten when she was found, and that was in 40BBY, then Asajj would be 28 at the outbreak of the Clone Wars. So figure on anywhere in a range a few years either side of that.
