Season Final - S1-E6
Factual error: Mobile phone signals cannot pass through steel very well if at all, so the recording of the mobile phone conversation given to the head of UCOS should be breaking up in places, or the call should have been cut off when the door was closed - it shouldn't be crystal clear.
Continuity mistake: When Brian and Gerry are chasing Kelly, Kelly's jacket is only zipped up at the bottom at the start of the chase, but when the camera angle changes it is zipped all the way up for the rest of the chase.
Revealing mistake: On both occasions when Sandra is sitting in the boat going out on the lake to dive actress Amanda Redman has obviously been replaced by a stunt double.
Factual error: At the car auction the Jaguar that the UCOS team are buying is described by the auctioneer as a 1967 model, but it is a C reg, which dates it to 1965.
Visible crew/equipment: On the patio at Hughes house a crew member can be seen through the windows inside the house.
Factual error: Brian looks up the registration number of the car seen driving away from the arson attack at the clinic on the police computer and says it is registered to a 1998 Chrysler Sunbeam. These cars were only made between 1976 and 1979.
Factual error: The Naval officer Commander Clothier has his rank badge on his shoulder upside down.
Continuity mistake: When Esther looks out the front window and sees the journalist waiting in her car, the weather is dry with bright sunshine. She then goes into the back room to tell Brian and behind him in the garden it's absolutely pouring with rain.
Character mistake: Sasha refers to the 'murder' on Thursday 4th June 1982. The date in question was on a Friday.
Factual error: In the flashback scene to Peggy's wedding in 1956, the wedding car, a Ford Consul, is a 1959 model, and the car behind it is a standard Goldstar which started production in 1957.
Continuity mistake: In the first night shot, the shard is not completed. In the next daytime shot it is complete.
