Continuity mistake: After Cyborg is hit by the truck, he stands up and sees three Billy copies in the back of it. The one on the right has his arm behind the leg of the one in the middle. It then cuts to a close up and suddenly the one on the right has that same arm out waving at Cyborg. Also the box on the top left has dirt appear in the left corner below the lid. (00:13:25)
Continuity mistake: When trying to redistribute his power to continue chasing down Billy, Cyborg looks at a bar graph read out on his arm of what is using how much power. The bars are constantly fluctuating back and forth on the close up. But in the angle showing all of Cyborg's torso, his arm is visible with the graph on it, and the bars are not moving. (00:12:40)
Continuity mistake: When Starfire asks what is the Maximum 7, her, Robin, Raven, and Beast Boy are standing together looking at Cyborg in a wide shot. Raven is slightly behind Beast Boy but to his right, and her body is facing to her left. But then it cuts to a close shot from in front of the Titans and suddenly Raven is on Beast Boy's left and right beside him, with her body facing her right. (00:03:50)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode, Cyborg is sleeping and the console beside him begins beeping and says "sleep cycle complete". Each beep, a red line on the screen wiggles jaggedly like a heart monitor. But it cuts to a close up during one of these beeps and suddenly the line is not moving half way through the beep, then starts up again after a short delay. (00:00:15)
Continuity mistake: When Cyborg first comes into the H.I.V.E. eating hall, we can see several students sitting dispersed among the tables, among them See-More (the guy with the cyclopian helmet) and Kyd Wykkyd (the Batman-type kid). At first the two of them sit at separate tables; but when Cyborg sits down and Jinx, Gizmo and Mammoth confront him, we can see the two sitting shoulder by shoulder at the same table.
Continuity mistake: In the scenes where Mas sticks out his tongue at Cinderblock and when he starts feeling around for Menos at the Brotherhood's base, the plus sign on his left ear and chest, respectively, are painted black instead of white.
Revolution - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: After first fighting Mad Mod's guard robots, the Titans are forced to flee when reinforcements arrive. One of the first two robots got damaged on the left side of its face, its left arm and shoulder, and its chest. As it turns into the alley after the Titans, the left face side is still torn up, but the rest of the damage has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: Más y Menos figure out how to use Professor Chang's Cryogenic Machine to unfreeze their fellow Titans and do the reverse with the opposition. But the few times where they are seen actually activating the Freeze option - Professor Chang and his assistants, and later the HIVE Five -, they push a different button in each instance.
Continuity mistake: Cyborg is brought into Sarasim's village, where he asks how he came to be here. When Sarasim answers that the ancient ones must have sent him, she is standing right in front of Krall. After Cyborg answers, "So when exactly do they send me back?", Sarasim comes forward, stepping past Krall despite already being in front of him in the earlier shot.
Continuity mistake: When the Titans land the T-Ship at the royal palace, the ground beneath it is bare and empty, but when Galfor brings Starfire and the Titans up to date on current events, the ground is suddenly teeming with parked Denthrax fighters. A giant fleet full of ships that had just attacked them would certainly tip the Titans off immediately, and if the Denthrax had cloaking technology, they would have used it against the Titans while they were still in space above Tamaran.
Continuity mistake: The Titans race to confront Billy Numerous for the first time. When the T-Car skids to a stop in front of Numerous, he just looks at it, startled. But in the very next shot (the close-up of his head) Billy is suddenly jump-cutting to shield his eyes with his right arm. (00:09:25)
Continuity mistake: Steamroller has two hands encased in cone-shaped gauntlets, but whenever he puts them together to pin someone down, the gauntlets assume a cylindrical shape. It happens every time we see this character in action throughout the show.
Continuity mistake: When Gnarrk attacks Dr. Light's amplification machine, the wrench Cyborg threw at him has suddenly grown in length. At first his fist encloses the whole grip, but a minute later it is long enough to be used as a club.
Continuity mistake: When Robin faces the Outworld Outlaw, he is still wearing his water skiing life jacket. But when the Outlaw is distracted by the grizzly and Robin moves in for the punch, the life jacket has suddenly turned into his costume's shirt again.
Continuity mistake: Beast Boy snatches Starfire, yanks her into his quarters and multiple-locks the door. When the door closes, we see a number of locks, a door chain and even a door knob on the panel. In the first shot, the fasteners and bolt holes are positioned on the door frame and the locks on the panel; but as Beast Boy locks up, both locks and bolts AND the bolts fasteners are all located on the door panel, thus making the locks effectively useless. (I know that the locks are there just for laughs, but still the sudden location switch of the fasteners is undeniably evident).
Continuity mistake: When Beast Boy and Gizmo flee from the white blood cell tide and pass through the gunk barrier, the holes through which they intend to slip through suddenly shrink down in size in between cuts, and Gizmo thus gets conveniently stuck.
Continuity mistake: When Beast Boy and Gizmo run into Cyborg's white blood cells, their positions before the side canal suddenly changes. At first Gizmo is at the left of the opening and Beast Boy to the right; but just before they run for it, Beast Boy is on the left and Gizmo is on the right.
Final Exam - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: After the Titans are evicted from their home and grieve over their loss, before Robin re-enters, as the Titans are gazing at the ocean, Cyborg's arms are attached to him, despite having lost his right one, which is still in Gizmo's possession.
Chosen answer: It is located in California, as shown in "Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo". Possibly San Francisco as seen in the comics.
