Continuity mistake: Bullock's version of the story; he drops the gun, and he crawls over to grab it. The gun, as evidenced by the cone of light it is in, changes position on the floor between shots. (00:05:20)

Continuity mistake: When it dawns to Montoya that "Doc" is really a dock, she stands up, and her notepad is gone. (00:14:15)

Continuity mistake: When Batman double-punches in the gut the bad guy with silver hair, he has black hair, just for that shot. (00:16:10)

Other mistake: At the speed a forklift goes, even if it crashed into the side of a big ship it would never punch a huge hole as it tore through paper like shown here. (00:20:00)

Plot hole: The two agents split; the rookie goes down an alley, chasing the two henchmen, who reached their car and chase him back down the alley almost running him down. Batman saves him though, destroys the car and quickly interrogates a suspect. Somehow though he also manages to save Montoya, who went inside the warehouse right away as they split the warehouse. The timing does not work.

Continuity mistake: The lieutenant is drinking a mug of coffee (or whatever) when he begins to listen to Bullock's story. The rest of the scene takes place inside the same room, but the mug just vanishes without a trace, it's not on the desk.
