Episode #2.8 - S2-E8

Plot hole: In this episode Cathy's father comes looking for her, he walked out on his family eleven years ago and had no contact with them during that time. Cathy's mother always told her that her father had died when she was a baby so A) How did Mr Hargreaves know which school Cathy attended? and B) how did he recognize her straight away when he hadn't seen her since she was a year old baby and she was now twelve years old?

Continuity mistake: Mr Mitchell and Carol are in the back seat of the police car looking for Trisha, and when they see her walking home alone they stop to pick her up. In the following scenes of the police car speeding through the streets you can see that Trisha is not in the car, only Carol and Mitchell are in the back seat, but when the police car stops to arrest the man who is following Cathy, Trisha is there again.

Continuity mistake: When Cathy calls out to Gary walking down the road outside the school there is a parked car next to him, but when the angle changes it has gone and a motorbike has appeared there.

Continuity mistake: When Carol meets Trisha at home time at the school's main entrance, behind them you can see two cars parked in front of the school - a black Humber facing the school and a red Vauxhall Victor. When the shot changes to Cathy standing outside the school's front gate you can see the red Victor has gone, the Humber is now parked in the same place but facing away from the school, and a white VW camper has appeared next to it.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Mitchell is comforting Cathy after the police have arrested the man who was following her, a row of parked cars that were parked behind them have disappeared.

Visible crew/equipment: In the final scene in the headmaster's office when Mr Mitchell says "I know its your decision headmaster" the microphone is in shot at the top of the screen.

Continuity mistake: Before Justin strikes the winning ball the score according to the score board is 25 runs, but when the match is won and the boys rush from the bench the score on the board is now 20. Also the number of wickets has changed from 9 to 8.

Continuity mistake: In the dining room scene, when Tucker stands on the table the clock on the wall behind him reads just after 12.55pm, but when Justin and Andrew join him in a later shot it's just before 12.55pm.

Continuity mistake: The students action group (SAG) led by Jessica Samuels protests on the sports field during the cricket practice. Mr. Baxter tells them to move and they ignore him, Baxter then says "I've no intention of telling you twice" and they all walk off. The angle changes and Jessica is standing alone - all the kids that were standing around her have disappeared. Jessica was looking to her left as the kids walk off, then to her right at Baxter, then turns to her left to walk off. Another angle change and Jessica is looking to her left before turning to her left and walking off for a second time.

Episode #2.13 - S2-E13

Character mistake: Miss Summers tells Mr Sutcliffe that she has to check on some our third year friends meaning Jackie Heron, Brenda and Lucy. But these three girls are in fact fifth years.

Episode #2.14 - S2-E14

Continuity mistake: When Tucker is attacked by the Brookdale boys they pull his blazer off and one of them starts chalking B R O on the back, then the angle changes and "Brookdale no. 1" is written in full.

Episode #17.18 - S17-E18

Maria: Do you know what you are, Parrott?
Mr Parrott: Mr Parrott to you.
Maria: A complete prat. The kids know it, the teachers know it, and now it looks like your ex-fiancée has got the message as well.
