Hostage - S2-E8

Other mistake: When Jenna teleports down near the end of the episode, she takes 3 bracelets with her. When they all teleport back up to the ship she still has all 3 bracelets on. Therefore Vila and Avon should not have been teleported up.

Suggested correction: Jenna has 5 bracelets with her, she's wearing 3 and 2 are in her hands. She gives the ones she's holding to Vila and Avon. However, Ushton and Inga decided to stay and not transport back, therefore, she kept the extra 2 bracelets on her wrist.

Countdown - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: Provine shoots the rebel guarding the rocket in the chest. But later, when his body is found, the man is bleeding from the mouth instead, and the blood pooled on the floor beside him changes from beside his head to above his head between shots. (00:21:10 - 00:42:00)

Countdown - S2-E9

Factual error: Avon and Grant use an electric torch to melt the ice covering the bomb. When it's removed from its hiding place, it is suddenly completely dry and clean: not a trace of ice, water or dirt on it anywhere. (00:36:00)

Countdown - S2-E9

Plot hole: Avon drills the last hole through the bomb's tubing and then, with the drill still in place, has to hunt down the dropped rod needed to block the plunger. Tense drama ensues while it's found and inserted, though simply leaving the drill bit in there would have worked just as well. (00:44:55)

Countdown - S2-E9

Character mistake: Much drama ensues from which wire to cut; ("Right. NO, Left!"). However, the wires are coloured (L-R from our viewpoint: blue, red, green). There is no need for this confusion.

Voice from the Past - S2-E10

Plot hole: Travis, dressed up as the supposedly disabled dissident Shivan, fools Blake and the rebellion leaders far too easily. His head bandages completely cover his mouth (how did he eat?) and his glued-on glass eye is so obviously fake it's laughable. If we noticed, why didn't they? (00:21:05)

Voice from the Past - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: In the final scenes on the planet, Blake's teleport bracelet appears and disappears repeatedly between shots. It reappears the final time just before he snatches it off and tosses it away to avoid being teleported up. (00:44:35)

Gambit - S2-E11

Revealing mistake: Blake hands Cally a photo of Docholli, supposedly obtained from Zen. It's a publicity still of the actor that's not only in black & white (how low tech), but Cally has to hold her thumb rather conspicuously over the very 20th Century necktie he's wearing in the photo. You can see a bit of it anyway. (00:02:15)

Gambit - S2-E11

Revealing mistake: When he sits on the floor in front of Servalan, Jarrier's earring falls off. He fumbles at it briefly, and then the actor breaks character for just a moment, glancing nervously at the camera. When it's apparent there won't be a retake, he goes on with his lines. (00:16:10)

Gambit - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: The molecularly miniaturized Orac has been hidden in a metal box while Avon & Vila smuggle him into the casino. Back on the ship, Orac returns to his normal size, but the metal case around him doesn't get larger too - it instantly disappears. (00:50:15)

The Keeper - S2-E12

Revealing mistake: Goth's primitive inhabitants are pre-industrial. They wear furs, use swords and other ancient weapons, and live in tents. So where do they come by their shiny black plastic ski goggles? Goth-mart? (00:07:25)

The Keeper - S2-E12

Visible crew/equipment: During the fight in the banquet hall, the spikes on Gola's mace bend several times, most obviously when he falls back onto the pillows. Must be tough bashing your enemies' skulls in with a foam rubber weapon. (00:44:05)

Aftermath - S3-E1

Revealing mistake: While Avon is occupied in hand-to-hand combat with a native on the beach, someone who isn't supposed to be in the shot can be seen walking on the ridge in the background, waving his arms in the air. (00:13:35)

Jean G

Powerplay - S3-E2

Continuity mistake: Avon refers to Tarrant hitting him "over the back of the head." But Tarrant didn't. He struck Avon from the front, on the forehead, and not from behind. (00:05:30 - 00:40:45)

Jean G

Volcano - S3-E3

Other mistake: Just after Tarrant and Dayna teleport down, the power cord to Tarrant's gun comes unplugged and is hanging loose behind him. (00:03:15)

Jean G

Volcano - S3-E3

Factual error: Cally has some trouble counting in this one. She telepathically informs Avon that there are three troopers boarding Liberator - but there are four. (00:29:00 - 00:32:15)

Jean G

Volcano - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: The Liberator gun Avon uses to kill two of the three troopers on the flight deck disappears entirely between shots after he's hit by the third trooper's return fire. (00:33:50)

Jean G

Volcano - S3-E3

Factual error: Cally's bracelet falls off while she's being dragged to the platform by the troopers, but she somehow manages to teleport down to the planet with them anyway. And the lost bracelet later miraculously appears on her wrist in time to bring her back up again. (00:34:45)

Jean G

Volcano - S3-E3

Factual error: Liberator's medical treatments are certainly weird. Vila dresses Avon's wounded arm with padding that's put on over top of his clothing. (00:37:20)

Jean G

Orbit - S4-E11

Trivia: After a homicidal Avon failed to find Vila aboard the shuttle, footage in which Vila emerged in tears was cut from the final version of this episode. (Only a few seconds of it remains.) The emotional scene was deemed "too intense" for the younger viewers.
