Deliberate mistake: In a wide shot Cassiopeia announces it is time for the children to go to bed, and they react with normal hoots of false shock and whining. Then the shot changes to a close-up and the same moment repeats, with the children again seemingly surprised and dismayed by the announcement. (01:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When Athena is about to undress, Starbuck surprises her and she conceals herself behind a locker door. The strap around her shoulder changes position between shots. (00:40:35)
Commander Adama: Mr. President, a wall of unidentified craft is closing in on the fleet.
Baltar: Possibly a Cylon welcoming commitee.
Commander Adama: Sir, may I suggest we launch a 'welcoming commitee' of our own?
