Wonder Woman vs Gargantua - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: While the circus crowd is gathered around the cage with Gargantua, there's a closeup of the gorilla as he roars and we can see the stuntman's human teeth behind the gorilla's teeth. It happens again in Gargantua's closeup while he's climbing up to Steigler's window.
The Feminum Mystique: Part 2 - S1-E6
Other mistake: When Captain Radl is parachuting into the water, the episode's onscreen textbox reads, "Elsewhere in the Carribean, a Nazi rendezvous is occuring," but the proper spelling of the words are "Caribbean" and "occurring."
The Feminum Mystique: Part 2 - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: While Nazis are invading Paradise Island, back at the deserted warehouse when one of the Nazis brings Drusilla a hot meal he slams the door shut, but when Drusilla hits him in the stomach the door is suddenly wide open, but when she rushes out of the room the door is closed and she pushes it open.
The Feminum Mystique: Part 2 - S1-E6
Other mistake: This takes place during WWII, but during scenes revolving around the XPJ-1 at Aldridge Field, there are modern 1970s vehicles which can be seen all over the airfield in the background of some shots.
The Feminum Mystique: Part 2 - S1-E6
Other mistake: On Paradise Island, while the Nazis are distracted by the quarreling Amazons in the water, when Wonder Woman jumps and lands beside Queen Hippolyta her boots are flat, but the heels soon appear when she rushes off with the bracelets. This happens again later, when Wonder Woman chases after the XPJ-1 on the runway.

Visible crew/equipment: After the Nazis are defeated on Paradise Island, Queen Hippolyta tells her daughters that she has plans for those Nazis, and at the start of the next shot a bit of set equipment is visible at the left side of the screen (widescreen version).
The Feminum Mystique: Part 2 - S1-E6
Visible crew/equipment: During the Nazi rendezvous aboard the destroyer in the Caribbean, when Captain Radl and the other Nazi walk into the ship's stateroom, both unfinished ends of the set walls are visible at the left and right side of the screen (widescreen version).
The Feminum Mystique: Part 1 - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: After General Blankenship is shoved into the back seat of Captain Radl's car, when the front passenger door is opened, we can see the reflections of the cameraman's feet, set lighting, the camera dolly on the surface of the door. Then as the car drives off, more crew members are reflected on the side of the car.
The Feminum Mystique: Part 1 - S1-E5

The Feminum Mystique: Part 1 - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: After one of the Nazis jumps into the cockpit of the XPJ-1 Diana spins into Wonder Woman, and in the closeup of Wonder Woman deflecting the MP's bullets, one of the wired remotes that control her bracelets' sparks can be seen in her right hand.
The Feminum Mystique: Part 1 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Diana comes home and spins into Wonder Woman there's a plant on the table under the mirror, but when she walks out of the kitchen with Drusilla that plant is on the floor. Then, note the only thing atop the hutch is a crystal basket, but when she changes back to Diana Prince two more large items are atop the hutch, now the plant is back on the table, and a tall lamp has suddenly appeared beside the chair.
The Feminum Mystique: Part 1 - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: While General Blankenship is driving in the car with Drusilla he gets cut off by Captain Radl's car, and just as the two Nazis get out of their car the reflection of the boom arm/mic is visible on the roof of their vehicle.

Continuity mistake: When Wonder Woman arrives at the warehouse where Steigler is being held, as she's using her lasso to scale the building the high heels on her boots have vanished, and they're now flats. This switch also occurs in previous shots, as well as at the start when Erica Belgard is disguised as Wonder Woman.
The New Original Wonder Woman - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: When the elderly woman fires the submachine gun at Wonder Woman, the sparks created by her bracelets are bigger and brighter than usual, and we can see the wires under both of her arms to help create those special effects. We can even see the wires' shadows on the wall behind her.
Wonder Woman vs Gargantua - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: After Erica shows Gargantua the window of Steigler's location, when the gorilla climbs up the building we can see the end of the hairy sleeves, and the wrists/hands of the stuntman in the gorilla suit. Then on his way down we can see the end of his hairy pants at his ankle.
The New Original Wonder Woman - S1-E1
Visible crew/equipment: To break the deadlock during the Tournament of Athletic Games, the last event is bullets and bracelets, and when Diana fires and hits her opponent, VIII, the wired remote that controls her bracelet sparks is visible in VIII's right hand.
Wonder Woman in Hollywood - S1-E14
Factual error: Wonder Woman is flying to Hollywood, and the iconic sign is shown. However, in the early 1940's (when this season is set), the sign read 'Hollywoodland'.
Answer: The transformation twirling was invented for the 1970s TV series only, to explain her quick change from Diana Prince to Wonder Woman. However, it would have been nice to do a little spin homage in the movie.
