Continuity mistake: Catwoman curls up with a large red book. In the master shot, she's holding and reading the lefthand pages. In the close-up insert, her hands are suddenly grasping the righthand pages instead. Cut back to master shot, and she's again holding the left side of the book. (00:08:30)

Deliberate mistake: At the end, Batman chooses the button on the right which opens the door on the right, with the tiger inside, but the last shot of the episode has been flipped, so the tiger exits from the door on the left. (00:23:25)

Revealing mistake: In the last shot of the episode, when the tiger exits the small room in the flipped shot, right at the end of this shot as the tiger jumps up, at the top of the screen we can see that the camera has been positioned under a platform for this tiger stunt. (00:24:15)
Answer: There were three well-known actors who played Mr. Freeze, each one a different height, weight, and physique. As these were notable guest stars, the costume designers would adapt the costume to best fit each actor who likely would want to avoid comparisons to the other Mr. Freezes, incorporate their preferences, as well as refresh the look, rework whatever didn't work in previous versions, and so on.
