Visible crew/equipment: When Eddie slides down the stairs you can see the ramp she slides on.
Continuity mistake: When Gran and Saffy are are talking to the New Best Friend at The End of the show the first thing that happens is that a wine glass next to New Best Friend slides along the table (you see this happen on screen)then it changes from wine to water back to wine.
Audio problem: In the scene where Eddy is in the helicopter and shouting down to Patsy who is on the ground, she says something like, "I'll meet you down there!", but you can tell that line was pre-recorded because her mouth moves completely out of line with the words.
The Last Shout: Part 1 - S3-E7
Revealing mistake: Saffy is ironing her boyfriend's shirt and when she has finished he puts it on just before asking her to marry him. When he buttons it up he does so with the buttons and holes misaligned by at least 2 button-holes, and with the collar obviously at an odd angle around his neck.
Continuity mistake: Eddie mentions that Patsy is a stylist for Minnie Driver, but Patsy doesn't become that until 2 episodes later.
Visible crew/equipment: As the woman is singing in the parlor and Edina announces her name for the second time there is a mic visible in the middle of the top of the screen.
