Continuity mistake: When Matt and Lanny enter the kitchen area with handfuls of items (just after Mrs. McGuire found Matt's gambling book) in one shot Lanny puts down his handful of items on the table they are standing in front of. But two shots later all the items are back in his hands and he puts it all down again before running away. (00:16:55)

Continuity mistake: When Lizzie attempts to confess to Kate in the hallway she is wearing a red and white shirt with no bag. However in one shot from behind, you can see that there is a blue bag strap over her left shoulder. This is the same blue bag she can be seen wearing in later scenes. (01:01:15)
