Factual error: On the Series 3 DVD extra disk, it says that the Doctor's role model is "Patch Adams (Robbie Williams)", but the actor Robin Williams was Patch Adams, not the pop star Robbie.

How The Elephant Got Its Trunk - S3-E6

How The Elephant Got Its Trunk - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: Papa Lazarou's black/brown and white face is supposed to be his real skin, however it is very different to his photograph.
Suggested correction: Do you mean the photo of the real Keith Drop when they are in the house with Brian and the lady from the charity shop? If so that person is not supposed to look like Papa Lazarou with black/brown/white face as it's in fact a photo of the person he is impersonating and whose identity he has stolen, e.g Keith Drop when who has the appearance of a white man, hence why Papa is painting his face with make up to look like him.
