Episode XCII - S5-E1

Deliberate mistake: Jack stops his motorbike beside a stream, and Jack's weapon strap crosses over his left shoulder when he walks over to have a drink. The problem is when we see Jack's reflection in the water, his image is not reversed; note the strap is still crossing over Jack's left shoulder. (00:07:20)

Continuity mistake: After Jack releases the train's log load, it thwarts Ezekiel temporarily. When Jack enters the coach car and takes his seat, it then cuts to an exterior shot of the speeding train's passengers as it passes the windows, and Josephine's beauty mark is missing from her right cheek, though we should absolutely see it in this shot. Episode XXIX - Couple on a Train - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: When Josephine grabs Ezekiel by his poncho, she is wearing a black glove on her right arm, but when the scene cuts to Ezekiel when he says, "What business is it of yours?", the glove disappears, showing Josephine's arm bare, but in the next shot, she is wearing both gloves again. Show generally

Factual error: Even though the show is called "Samurai Jack", Jack isn't really a samurai. The correct title for him would be a Ronin as a Ronin loses their master if their master dies or loses favor with their master and also has no home anywhere. Jack has these attributes. He has no master and no home.

Suggested correction: Nor is his name really Jack. "Jack", and thus "Samurai Jack", is just an alias that the prince takes. It's not meant to be his title or rank. Just like Cowboy Jack wasn't actually a cowboy.

Aku: Long ago in a distant land, I, Aku, the shape shifting master of darkness, unleashed an unspeakable evil. But a foolish samurai warrior wielding a magic sword stepped forth to oppose me. Before the final blow was struck, I tore open a portal in time, and flung him into the future where my evil is law. Now the fool seeks to return to the past and undo the future that is Aku.
