Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode when Morgan tells Sabrina she will be working in the coffee house with her, she put on the apron and its the right way, then it flashes back to when she says "we're gonna have so much fun together" and the apron is on backwards with the label sticking out.
Continuity mistake: In the first episode Sabrina can't see her mom or she will turn into a ball of wax for the next two years. Then she can't until she gets her witch's licence. Then she never can.
Suggested correction: She was punished, remember?

Continuity mistake: After Hilda and Zelda make the dream guys out of dough, when Hilda's guy gets up, the sheet he was under falls off the table. Later it suddenly back on the table, then instantly off again. (00:10:40)

Continuity mistake: When Harvey sits down with the burger on his tray, between shots a pile of chips appears by the side of the burger. (00:03:10)
Continuity mistake: After Mr Pool has dropped his briefcase and everything falls out, as Sabrina helps tidy, between shots she is holding yellow papers, then suddenly a pink file. (00:20:35)
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Pool is scribbling down the formula to turn lead into gold on the blackboard, during each shot the appearance of the writing is different. (00:05:25)
Continuity mistake: When both Libby and Jenny give a flier to a guy in the gym, in the next shot the guys hands are empty and the fliers have vanished. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, after aunt Zelda casts a spell to prevent Sabrina conjuring pancake batter, no sparks or noises come out from her fingers.
Suggested correction: 95% of the time nothing comes out of her finger.
Continuity mistake: When Sabrina is teaching Miles to drive he pulls over to park there is a street sign. The car's position next to the sign keeps changing.
Continuity mistake: When Sabrina comes back from dream dropping on Harvey, there is a picture of her on her family secret board. Later after her aunts try to get her to solve the family secret, she says she got a new clue. It was the picture of her and she hung it on her board.
Continuity mistake: When Sabrina and Valerie are in the cafeteria sitting at the table Valerie is holding her drink, the shot changes and she is now holding a spoon. (00:05:30)
