Corrected entry: Just after Teal'c helps Jack and the others escape, he calls the Stargate by its Earth name. The problem is that all other planets call the Stargate "Chappa'ai" and Teal'c had not yet learned Earth's terminology.
Other mistake: When O'Neill first goes to visit Teal'c in his cell the symbol of Apophis on Teal'c's head is upside down.
Trivia: Some of Stargate's permanent cast and most of its guest stars have appeared on The Outer Limits.

Correction: Not all races call the Stargate 'Chappa'ai'. The Norse descendants in "Red Sky" call it the 'Anullus', as Teal'c has gone through the Stargate more times than anyone else it is likely that he interacted somewhere where heard the name.
