Question: Who exactly shouts, "Hello Wisconsin!" at the end of the opening credits? I've long assumed it was Topher Grace, but it sounds as though it could be Danny Masterson or Ashton Kutcher as well.
Question: This goes where Red give the puppy to Kitty. In real life whose dog is that?
Answer: It's Ashton Kutcher's dog.
Question: Why is Eric 17 for 6 seasons?
Chosen answer: He isn't. Time moves slowly in the show because they didn't want it to turn into "That '80's Show". In the first episode, he say's he's 17 but the second episode was his 17th birthday so he must have been 16. The first 12 episodes are set in 1976, the next 2 seasons are set in 1977, the next 3 seasons are set in 1978, and the remaining shows take place in 1979 with the final show on Dec 31, 1979 when Eric must be 20 as he turned 17 in 1976.

Question: What is the song played during Donna's pole dance. Is there somewhere we can download it?
Answer: It's just incidental music written for the show and wouldn't be available to download as a song.
Question: Wisconsin has no land border with Canada. The nearest crossings from a fictional town near Sheboygan would be Sault Ste Marie, MI or Grand Portage, MN, both of which would take well over a day round trip, so just exactly where did the boys go to Canada from?
Answer: The show's universe actually has Point Place as a suburb of Green Bay, which is further north than Sheboygan. Still, quite a drive, roughly eight hours, to the nearest Canadian land border (as you rightly say, it would be in Grand Portage). Obviously the show's creators were hoping no one would check...the border crossing the boys use is left deliberately vague, and is just a plot device rather than a faithful depiction of Wisconsin geography.
I live in Sault Ste Marie, MI it about 5 hours to Green Bay, one way. Totally doable in half a day round trip.
Answer: It should be noted that while a trip across the Canadian border from Wisconsin would take a while, it certainly wouldn't take more than 12 hours to get there. From Green Bay to Sault Ste Marie, one is less than 300 miles away and would take less than 6 hours to get there. However, as stated, where in Canada they are is never said and very vague. In fact, when you see them at the border, there's a sign behind them with different cities and their distances (Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, and Sault Ste Marie). However, the distances don't seem to match any border crossing and Sault Ste Marie is 780 km away, which would put them at a Saskatchewan/Montana border crossing.
Question: Whatever happened to Donna's little sister (I think her name was Tina?) She was mentioned during the first season and we even saw her once, but I haven't seen or heard of her since then. Have they ever explained where she went?
Chosen answer: Even though they appear in certain episodes, Tina Pinciotti and her other sister, Valerie, were written out of the series, much like Chuck Cunningham on "Happy Days." They are neither seen nor mentioned again.
Question: How do they do those "toasted" effects with the walls?
Answer: They put the camera very far from the actors, zoomed in. Then the cameraman approaches them slowly while zooming back. More info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitchcock_zoom.
Question: I have a couple of questions about the part of the show where Kelso's dating Angie, Hyde's sister. Number one: How can Hyde's sister be black? And number two: How come she's even there? She moved to the same town?
Answer: In "Let's Spend the Night Together", Hyde discovers that the biological father he never met before is black. His father has other kid(s) with different mother(s). They could have been in town the whole time, it's just that Hyde never knew these people were related to him.
Question: When the gang, Red and Bob are at the WWF match, I've heard that the Hardys, Ken Shamrock and Ernie Ladd, are shown. Where are they?
Answer: Most of the wrestling in the ring is done by the Hardys, Ken Shamrock at one point stares down Red and Ernie Ladd can be seen in the locker room as Rocky Johnson's manager when the Formans go hunting for an autograph.
Question: Red is shown in his WWII Naval Uniform. He has three medals on his chest. One of the medals (the far one on the right as you look at him) is a Commendation Medal. I was looking at the episode and it wasn't clear if the medal was a Navy or an Army Commendation Medal. They look very similar - the Navy medal is green and white with the bronze eagle as is the Army's (I have an Army one). However, the Navy's has two broad white stripes near the edges of the green ribbon while the Army's has several thin white stripes near the center of the green ribbon. Has anyone noticed which ribbon it actually is?
Chosen answer: It's the Army Commendation Medal. You can notice the pinstripes in the center of the ribbon. The navy one has no pinstripes.
Question: Did the gang ever get busted for underage drinking?
Chosen answer: Danny Masterson is the one who screams "hello Wisconsin".
