Continuity mistake: At Nuovo Vesuvio, Artie pours some Candolini for himself and Tony, then sets the bottle down with the back label (it has the barcode) facing out in the wide shot. In the next close-up, as Ralphie sits down at the table, now the front label of the Candolini is facing out, but when Tony gets up to leave, the bottle reverts to the back label facing out in the wide shot.
Knight in White Satin Armor - S2-E12
Continuity mistake: In the morning, while Janice waits outside in the car, Livia starts to criticize Tony, and when Tony rushes out of the house, in the interior shot there’s a screen door. Then, in the next exterior shot, the screen door has vanished, and now the front door has a deadbolt cylinder as well as a door knob back plate.
Continuity mistake: After Carmela heads out, Tony grabs a Dove bar from the freezer and takes a seat at the counter. When Tony unfolds the Waste News, its front page changes between the close-up and side shots. The same thing happens between shots when Tony opens to the second page of the newspaper.
In Camelot - S5-E7
Continuity mistake: When Tony is with Fran in her apartment, he's wearing an abstract pattern polo. Then they drive to the racetrack. At the racetrack, Tony's shirt is the same style, but the pattern is different. Then, when Tony is with Hesh, his polo reverts back to the original pattern.
Continuity mistake: When Tony lets AJ steer while they're aboard The Stugots, in two long shots, AJ is wearing a PFD just as their boat's wake capsizes a small rowboat, but in all other shots, he's not.
Continuity mistake: At the Miami restaurant, when Tony, Paulie, and Beansie lift their champagne flutes for a toast, in the close-up Beansie holds out his glass with his right hand, but in the two wide shots he holds the glass out in his left hand.

Continuity mistake: When Tony gets into Holsten's the man with the moustache sitting in the first booth facing the entrance is wearing a ring on his right-hand middle finger that disappears when Tony is seated. (00:54:19)
