Continuity mistake: Zapp Brannigan initially has about a dozen pink pillows on his bed, but when Leela pulls the plug on him, there are much less. Then in later shots there are more again. (00:10:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Leela and the doctor are driving out of town and throughout the episode Leela's second eye is following her motion. This despite the fact that in a previous scene we could see that she was unable to move her second eye. (00:09:55 - 00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: The morning after Fry's first night in Bender's apartment, Bender walks by Leela while whispering. The cables coming out of the ship's cargo room behind Leela change position between the shots. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: When Bender is watching television with Fry, in the background you can see the dart in the background is on the top half of the board in the wall, but when the shot changes it is in the bottom half of the wall. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: When Bender's cans first drop out of his jacket onto the floor, the number of extra items on the floor increases when the security cameras are looking down on him. (00:04:55)

Continuity mistake: When Bender sits beside Fry on the couch, Bender's sitting at the end with his arm on the rest. When Fry says 'Leela, we're trying to watch TV' Bender's moved to the middle of the couch. The garbage next to Fry and the contents on the table also change in this scene. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: We can see that the door of the cargo area is nearly on the ground. How come Fry can then run out of the same door and then fall out of the door near the top of the ship? (00:17:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bender and Fry are at the bar, Bender has four glasses and a cigar in front of him on the table when he says, "Cheer up, meat bag. You barely touched your amoeba." When it cuts, from behind Bender the cigar is missing. (00:04:35)
Continuity mistake: When Fry, Leela, and Bender make it back to the ship, Fry's hair is messed up. When the bee is unfolding itself, Fry shouts "Look out!" and his hair isn't messed up. Then when he says the bee will have to go through him, his hair is messed up again.
The Honking - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: At the end, the Were-car skids sideways and flips into the furnace. From the outside, it lands upside down in the furnace. A second later, it's right side up.
Answer: You are thinking about episode 20 of series 2 - "Anthology of Interest I". She technically never kills anyone, but in the episode she ask a "What if machine" (one of the Professor's inventions) what would happen if she was more impulsive. The machine then shows the more impulsive Leela killing off the Professor to get the money from his will and thereafter killing Hermes, Bender, Scruffy, Cubert, Nibler, Amy and Zoidberg to cover it up. Finally she does something really impulsive with Fry.
