The Prodigal Daughter Returns - S6-E9
Continuity mistake: April is in the diner taking a hair sample from Luke and takes his photo. She puts the camera in her pocket and in the next shot she has the camera in her hand again.
Just Like Gwen and Gavin - S6-E12
Continuity mistake: When Lane spins the Doggy Swami wheel, the number 5 is at the top, and Lorelai removes the piece of paper under it. When it changes to the close up shot, the wheel now has the number 20 at the top with the piece of paper under it drawn. (00:40:15)
Factual error: This episode takes place in Connecticut in February. When Luke and Lorelei are leaving her house to go to the Vineyard, they are not wearing coats, there is no snow, and all the trees have leaves and plants are in bloom.
Visible crew/equipment: As Richard and Mitchum have their heated discussion in the bathroom, there is a mic seen through the whole scene in the top right corner that moves as the camera moves.
Continuity mistake: When Lorelai and Luke are talking in bed she is wearing a robe. It goes from on to off her shoulder with each shot.
Welcome to the Dollhouse - S6-E6
Continuity mistake: In this episode, the town voted to change the street names to old timey names. In future episodes, the other names were used. "Peach" was referred to at least twice.
Continuity mistake: When Lorelai enters the kitchen and sees Rory cooking the juicer is visible, but in the next shot you see Rory go to the drawer and get it. (00:25:24)
Just Like Gwen and Gavin - S6-E12
Continuity mistake: April tells Lorelei her dad owns the place and she puts the box of rice down, but when April tells Luke that Lorelei said she wasn't a strangler she puts the box down again.
Welcome to the Dollhouse - S6-E6
Visible crew/equipment: When Lorelei calls Taylor and she's on the bed with Paul you can hear someone from the crew snap at the dog to get his attention.
Friday Night's Alright for Fighting - S6-E13
Continuity mistake: Lorelei is eating marshmallows covered in chocolate syrup. The amount of marshmallows on the plate changes as does the chocolate to marshmallow ratio in the bag next to her.
New and Improved Lorelai - S6-E1
Continuity mistake: During Rory's court appearance the door to the courtroom is closed. When Richard jumps up to yell at the attorney the door is suddenly wide open.
New and Improved Lorelai - S6-E1

The Prodigal Daughter Returns - S6-E9
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Lorelai can't get in the front door because Luke has installed a chain lock. Near the end of the episode, when Rory returns home and Lorelai rushes out the front door, there is no chain lock present on the door.
Twenty-One Is the Loneliest Number - S6-E7
Other mistake: Though I love the 21st birthday at the casino plan, it's flawed. Rory will not be able to play blackjack until she is 21. She can't be playing when she turns 21. Casinos, to the best of my knowledge, won't let you on the gaming floor unless you are 21. She has to turn 21 first.
Twenty-One Is the Loneliest Number - S6-E7
Other mistake: After Emily goes to the pool house on the pretence of looking for a blouse, she asks Logan about plans for Rory's birthday. Later, Emily and Richard talk. Emily suspects that Rory is ready to have relations with Logan. She says that she caught them getting cozy on the couch. Emily didn't catch them doing anything. There was no way for Emily to see inside. Both Logan and Rory got off the sofa to answer the door. Emily didn't see anything. And, Logan told Emily that he had no plans for where his birthday. He knows that Emily is planning a party, yet he offered to take Rory away for her birthday. Emily would've been devastated.
Character mistake: While Rory is on the phone discussing a DAR application, Emily enters. Rory asks the caller to hold, but she doesn't hit a button to put the call on hold. She put down the receiver disconnecting the call. Then she forgets that she has someone on hold.
Chosen answer: Lorelai and Christopher get married impulsively in Paris but they get divorced shortly after returning home. I don't know the exact number of days or weeks but they definitely weren't married for more than a couple of months.
