And Then There Were Fewer - S9-E1

Continuity mistake: There are several differences during the flashbacks and what actually happened. Such as when Muriel is killed Diane appears with everyone else, but in the flashback she appeared moments later. Second, when everyone appears in front of Derek's dead body there are two differences, Tom doesn't say "Dear God!" in the flashback and Diane appears 1 second later in the flashback. Third, Stephanie doesn't say "Did the cork hit me?" when she is shot in the flashback. Fourth, Priscilla isn't wearing a scarf in the flashback even though when it actually happened she was wearing a scarf. Fifth, when Derek says he is going up to the roof he is standing next to Peter and Lois, in the flashback he standing next to Lois and Jillian. Sixth, when Derek leaves the dining room to go to the balcony, no-one is standing next to the door, but in the flashback Diane and Doctor Hartman are standing right next too the door. Seven, when Muriel is killed she is in the middle of a hallway. But in the flashback, she is killed outside Tom Tucker's room.

Other mistake: When everyone is leaving the mansion after Stephanie was killed, 3 mistakes happen at the same time: Dr. Hartman came alone, but there is a person sitting in the front seat next to him. Derek is in the car he and Jillian came in when they got here, but he is alone. And Carl was getting into Herbert's Ice Cream Truck, which was in front of his own truck.

Other mistake: When they are chasing Tom around the dining table, they huddle up in a circle. Everyone is looking at Peter talk, and when Doctor Hartman says "Damn, that is awfully risky," if you look at Carl's eyes, they clip outside their eyes to look at Hartman.

Welcome Back Carter - S9-E3

Continuity mistake: When Peter is eating dinner with Lois and her parents, on his plate there is mashed potatoes and meat loaf. Peter shovels potatoes in his mouth then spits them out all over the table. When his plate is shown again, the meat loaf has disappeared from the plate even though he didn't touch it.

Halloween on Spooner Street - S9-E4

Continuity mistake: When we first see Joe's police car in his driveway, the lights on top of the car have the blue half on the driver side and the red half on the passenger side, later on in some scenes the red half is on the driver side while the blue half is on the passenger side.

Peter Griffin: You better watch who you're calling a child Lois. Because if I'm a child then you know what that makes you? A paedophile, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna stand here and be lectured by a pervert.

Brian Sings & Swings - S4-E19

Question: In this episode Meg pretends to be a lesbian, when she calls herself a 'mega lesbian' it shows four other 'mega lesbians' singing something on deep voices. What song are they singing? Is it a real song?

strikeand

Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
