If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: When Peter, Anne Frank, and a group of people (presumably Anne Frank's family) are hiding from the Nazis, Anne Frank and her family look over to discover Peter munching crisps. In the next shot, Anne Frank's family look somewhat different, in fact they are a different group of people entirely. (00:06:40)
If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Revealing mistake: When one of the Gumbels is holding a pencil in his mouth and nodding repeatedly, the shaft of the pencil moves with his mouth, but the tip of the pencil (protruding from his hand) stays still. (00:17:35)

If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: In the scene that parodies "Good Times" and the "JJ" character says the infamous line "Dy-NO-Mite!" as he comes home, his mother has a coffee mug but his father doesn't. In the next shot, they both have mugs.
If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: When the crowd is outside Peter's house wanting Peter to heal them, a lady in pink comes out and says "It's him!". While she does this she is standing on the lawn, but in the next shot she is standing on the cement path. Other people in the crowd change position in this cut too.
Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
