When his boss enters the room, George repeats in two separate the shots, differently, the gesture to hide his face behind a folder. Character mistake: George says that he's paying the chiropractor only half of his $75 bill. However at the end episode Jerry tells George that he gave the chiropractor $35. (00:12:50 - 00:19:20)
Answer: The name is Delores. He shouts that name at the end of the episode. Then in a later episode, "The Foundation", he runs into her. And he repeatedly calls her Delores.
