Why We Fight - S1-E9
Factual error: At the beginning of the episode it says is April 11, 1945, the men are listening to the 4 piece then it goes to a month earlier. At the end of the episode, it returns to this exact scene where Nixon announces, "Hitler is dead." Hitler didn't commit suicide until ten days after his birthday, the 20th, on April 30.
Factual error: In the scene at the end of Part 1 where the aircraft are taking off on June 5 1944, as the camera pulls out to show the many aircraft rolling down the tarmac, the first aircraft shows the pilot wearing a pale green headset remarkably similar to a David Clark headset. However, the Clark company didn't start producing headsets until after the war.
The Patrol - S1-E8

Revealing mistake: When trying to take the warehouse, we see a German machine gun position in a lower window. Pay close attention to the brickwork below the window. There are several marks visible that all end up with a bullet hole in the middle of them, hiding the charge for the effect. (00:14:30)
