Revealing mistake: The first time we see Ferro's hot wife is through the photos he keeps in his locker at the station. In the scene in front of the locker, you can see his wristwatch. It's about 5 past 10. Later, we learn that the murder happened at half past 10. The locker scene is supposed to happen well after Ferro committed the murder. (00:09:15)

Continuity mistake: If you look at the victim lying on the floor when Ferro just killed him, you can spot a rather noticeable hem of his nightrobe sticking out from under his leg. When later, Kojak gets on the crime scene, nobody has touched the corpse yet but the clothing has been tucked in. (00:06:10 - 00:13:40)

Continuity mistake: Ferro is arresting the two junkies. Strats searching the first one, and a man in a yellow-ish coat and a fedora walks behind them in the background. In close-up once Ferro asks "You call that dealing?" the same man walks the same path again. He will reappear again doing the same walk when Pinky says he swallowed the drugs at the end of the scene.
