Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Storm and Professor X can be seen on the asphalt between the grass and the mansion, behind and to the viewer's left of two boys. When the shot changes, they are suddenly on the grass and in front of the two boys. (00:00:50)
Other mistake: When Beast is flipping through his notes to try to determine what caused the explosion at the mansion a year earlier, you can see all the pages are blank. (00:13:50)
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is bidding farewell to the family, he is directly facing them. When the shot changes, he is standing perpendicular to them with his left side facing them. (00:20:55)
Audio problem: When Toad is saying "Who are you calling a perp? This is messed up. You don't know who you're dealing with," his mouth movement is slightly out of sync with the dialogue. (00:01:00)
Audio problem: When Blob is approaching the police car with Toad inside, the sound of his heavy footsteps is not in sync with his stride. (00:01:30)
Other mistake: When Rogue is confronted by the Brotherhood after she absorbs Toad's powers, the Blob somehow walks up right behind her and only made two audible footsteps. The street Rogue was walking down was long, and Blob wasn't in view behind her a couple of shots before. Even if he emerged from an alley, he is so heavy that more than two of his footsteps would have been audible. (00:08:41)
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is scolding Cyclops in his hotel room, Cyclops is directly facing the wall in front of him, with Wolverine on his right. At one point Cyclops is suddenly sitting in line with the corner of the room, and Wolverine is now directly in front of him. (00:10:30)
Continuity mistake: After Cyclops blasts Wolverine out of his hotel room and Wolverine says "Good talk," the half of Wolverine's necklace with his dog tag that is supposed to be draped over his left side is missing. (00:10:55)
Other mistake: When the Brotherhood steals Senator Kelly's Hummer, the Blob is sitting in the back. Blob is so heavy that he leaves holes in the ground when he walks, but the back end of the Hummer doesn't stoop closer to the ground when he's in it. (00:11:54)
Continuity mistake: When Blob lifts up Angel, he does so by his right shoulder. When the shot changes, he is now holding him up by his left shoulder. (00:13:23)
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine enters the lab to talk to Beast, Beast is sitting in the chair on the middle-right. After he shows Wolverine that he searched for Kitty and Colossus, he is now sitting in the chair on the middle-left. (00:14:02)
Continuity mistake: After the POV shot of Domino's sniper scope pulls up, a billboard with Magneto on it is on the right side of the screen, over a building with a red roof. When the shot changes, Domino is perched at the bottom left of the same billboard. If she was perched there, then the billboard could not have been to her right when she raised the sniper scope. Additionally, the roof of the building is now white. It's not a separate billboard on a different building either, because the waterfront and docks are the same angle respective to the first shot of the billboard and the shot of Domino loading the magazine into the gun. Continuity mistake: When Angel says "Thank you, I appreciate it," he is shown lowering his phone to just below his neck area. When the shot changes, the phone is already down by his waist. (00:21:36)
Continuity mistake: When Domino is playing pool, in the wide shot, she is shown at the one of the corner pocket sides of the table, with Toad perched on the left corner pocket across from her. When the shot changes to her getting ready to take her shot, she is now standing on one of the side pocket sides of the table, with Toad similarly perched on the corner pocket on the left across from her, only now it would be on the same end of the table where she was originally standing. (00:21:57)
Continuity mistake: When Toad confronts Rogue, he grabs and takes off her right glove with his tongue. The glove falls to the ground. When the Brotherhood confronts her, she's wearing both gloves, without ever picking her glove up. She takes her left glove off. When just she and Domino are talking, both gloves are off.
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine opens the door and Emma Frost is there, she is within less than an arm's reach of the door. When she says she has decided to join the X-Men, she along with Wolverine and Angel are suddenly a few steps outside away from the door, even though she was never shown stepping back. (00:02:17)
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine opens the door as Emma Frost is there, he is standing roughly two steps away from her. When he asks her why she's there, he takes a couple steps towards her and still only manages to be roughly the same distance away from her as he started. (00:02:17)
Continuity mistake: When Angel is saying goodbye to Wolverine, the driver's side door of his car is open, and he is standing on the interior side of it. When the shot changes, you can see the door is now closed (note the window glare). (00:03:41)
Continuity mistake: When Emma Frost is lamenting her students being taken away from her, she is standing inches away from the window. A couple of shots later, and she has instantly moved several feet away from the window. (00:04:44)
Continuity mistake: When Shadowcat tells Iceman that Emma Frost knows what he is thinking, the shocked expression on his face is drastically more pronounced when the shot changes. (00:05:37)
