Visible crew/equipment: When Harvey and Ingrid go chasing after Dinah there is a shot where the camera is moving backwards along the floor (with the plant shoots moving towards the camera) and you can see the shadow of the camera cast on the floor in the bottom left corner of the screen. (00:09:24)
Episode #2.6 - S2-E6
Visible crew/equipment: When The Demon Headmaster is talking about filling the world with his creations he says "there will be no children" and looks up to the ceiling. Reflected in his glasses is the top of the set complete with spotlights lighting the scene. (00:12:31)
Revealing mistake: Throughout Series 2 Eve's reptilian hand is a glove made out of rubber and you can tell whenever she bends her wrist and the "skin" twists and wrinkles. An obvious example of this is in Episode 6 when she has finished going through "Accelerated Learning" and removes the listening device, bending her wrist and the glove in the process.
Episode #2.5 - S2-E5
Visible crew/equipment: In the house when Dinah is asking Rose the location of the other children you can see a piece of equipment (probably the boom mic) reflected in the top of the window between them. (00:19:37)
Episode #2.2 - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: At the end of the previous episode Lloyd opens the front door to the house and Rose turns around to reveal herself. At the beginning of this episode we see this same moment again, however Rose is facing forward the whole time. (00:01:07)
Episode #2.1 - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, when Simon is showing the photographs to Lloyd, Dinah and Harvey, the photographs on the table move around from shot to shot. (00:21:29)
