Suggested correction: There's no way of knowing how long they were in the shuttle after it crashed, what happened to them, or what they might have been doing. It seems it's just meant to show a passage of time.

Continuity mistake: Slash's earrings change throughout the episode. Sometimes he is wearing hoop earrings, sometimes he is wearing studs, and other times he's not wearing any earrings at all. (00:02:58 - 00:15:47)

Continuity mistake: When the team is leaving to rescue Sue, Johnny is wearing nothing but a towel around his waist. He turns into the Human Torch and you can see the outline of his Fantastic Four costume when he should either still be wearing the towel, or naked due to the flames on his body burning the towel off. Continuity mistake: After the warden is possessed by Puppet Master, the lighter gray hair by his temples is suddenly the same slightly darker shade of gray as the rest of his hair. (00:07:46)

Continuity mistake: When Sue frees herself from the chains, the lock falls into her lap. When the shot changes, she is only removing chain links from her lap, with no lock to be seen. (00:09:12)
