Audio problem: Paul uses a chainsaw to cut some metal on the stuck gate. He finishes, and you hear the chainsaw spin down as it stops. The chainsaw is not spinning at all, but it's still making noise.
Visible crew/equipment: The camera crew and camera can be seen in the far left user box during the virtual meeting on the laptop. (00:16:00)
Factual error: A character administers an EpiPen upside down and without removing the blue cap. (00:32:00)
Other mistake: Near the end of the episode, Liv Tyler gets into a bathtub and takes off her clothes. We see an overhead shot of the tub and it's clear she is wearing a darker colored top.

Revealing mistake: The baby is obviously a mannequin or doll when it's underwater.

Visible crew/equipment: When the crew is searching the meth house, the camera shows a table full of it and the shot moves upward toward the crew. A significant camera shadow becomes visible on the wall.
Continuity mistake: When TK is trying to break the ice above the boy, in one angle, the ice is moving. From then on, it is solid again.
Other mistake: The boy stuck in the train car has a very cracked screen on his phone, but when we see video from the phone from his brother's side, the picture from the camera is immaculate.
