Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Captain Carson Teva tells Cara Dune "I am sorry for your loss" he turns towards a table. She is standing by a metal post, but she's leaning against it in the next shot, just as she was in an earlier part of the conversation. (00:32:25)

Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When "Blue" leaves the badge on the table, it at a distance of almost three times its width from the table border. When Cara looks at him going away, you can see the object being much closer to the edge. (00:32:35)

Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the officer opens a door to meet Moff Gideon. There's a lab technician kneeling in front of Giancarlo Esposito and another one standing while a third on the left is walking across, but in the next shot the leftmost one is already standing perfectly still. Chapter 13: The Jedi - S2-E5

Chapter 13: The Jedi - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: Ahsoka tosses to the floor the pauldron with Mando's signet. In close-up, it lands in a grassy spot between stones, but when it is shown again it lies in a different spot with no such big gap. (00:30:05)

Chapter 13: The Jedi - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: During the clash between Ahsoka and the Magistrate, after they parried each other's blows and take a couple circling steps, the latter assumes a stance with the dull edge of the spear towards Ahsoka, but it's the pointed edge in the next shot (when she swirls it and attacks). Chapter 13: The Jedi - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: After Ahsako has beaten Morgan, she holds her light saber up to Morgan's face so the tip is near the top of Morgan's head. In the next shot it's now closer to her neck and in the last shot, her light saber is almost parallel to the ground.

Chapter 14: The Tragedy - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: We can see Mando's position when he approaches the Jedi temple the first time, and the position of the shadows of the menhirs that form the stone circle. The camera view changes, and the shadows are in a different direction. (00:05:40)

Chapter 15: The Believer - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Mayfeld is called by the droid as he's working on the TIE carcass. He says "What!" and turns around; the hand on the drill he's using is in a different position between shots. He then holds the drill down his right side as the droid tells him to descend, and in the new shot he's still holding it up. (00:02:05)

Chapter 15: The Believer - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Mando is facing the second wave of 'pirates'; he throws his malfunctioning blaster at one of them and then moves on to face him. You can see the alien just went past the second disk of junction between the cargo, but in the wider angle they are fighting with being already almost past the third. (00:15:25)

Chapter 15: The Believer - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: When Mando faces the third wave of marauders on top of the truck, he punches the first one in the gut after dodging his assault. He disarms the second one, then turn towards the first, that is already weaponless and reeling without having been hit (he was hit in the stomach as he was running past Mando, he wouldn't be facing him standing, some of the fight must have been cut). (00:16:30)

Chapter 15: The Believer - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Valin Hess pours a drink to the two troopers. He asks "Where are you from, Brown Eyes" and screws the lid on; look at the quantity of liquid in the bottle. Next shot and it dropped significantly, to the point that barely any is visible anymore in the transparent section of the bottle. (00:25:15)

Chapter 1: The Mandalorian - S1-E1

Plot hole: Nick Nolte's little guy is supposedly terribly helpful towards Mando, showing him "the only way" to reach the enemy encampment, which is by riding the weird fishy beast, but when Mando surveys the target and the robot reveals itself, you can see that there are only shallow hills around the base, a large clear path of land, nobody even is on lookout...and most importantly, in the following episode, Mando makes it back on foot anyway, no blurrgs - and evidently the baddies had no vehicles, making them even less of a threat to begin with. And for being so helpful and good natured, he did not tell him to park the ship by/at his place nor warned him about the Jawas.

Chapter 8: Redemption - S1-E8

Greef Karga: He missed!
The Mandalorian: He won't next time.
Cara Dune: Our blasters are useless against him.
Greef Karga: Hey, let's make the baby to the magic hand thing. Come on, baby! [Waving his fingers] Do the magic hand thing. [The Child coos.] I'm out of ideas.

More trivia for The Mandalorian

Answer: In (non-canon) Legends, Thrawn was the central character of a trilogy of novels by Timothy Zahn. He was a Chiss officer in the Imperial Navy, who rose to the rank of grand admiral despite being non-human. Thrawn was brought into canon in the Star Wars Rebels series, where he commanded the Empire's Seventh Fleet and led the occupation of Lothal, which was opposed by the series' protagonists including Ahsoka Tano. In the final episode of Rebels, the Jedi and Rebel Ezra Bridger commands Purrgil space whales to drag Thrawn's Star Destroyer into hyperspace, jumping to an unknown location with himself and Thrawn on board. The final scene of the series shows Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren leaving Lothal to search for Bridger, and presumably Thrawn.
