Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: Greef Targa tells the mechanics to fix the Mandalorian's ship "as good as new." The red skinned one in the first shot has nothing in hand, in the second he is holding a wrench vertically on the toolbox. (00:07:25)

Other mistake: Greef Karga mentions that the Mythrol was his accountant before running off, but when Mando captured him in the first episode, he had no idea who Mando was nor had ever seen his ship before.

Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: In the little scene inside the school when Carl Weathers sits the muppet at the desk, the kid extras are not exactly the most disciplined extras available and their positions and what they do change between shots. Examples; look at the Asian kid who is looking at Baby Yoda in a shot and in the next is busy reading her board, or the two girls who talk to each other and point in the first shot, whisper more discreetly in the second. Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the officer opens a door to meet Moff Gideon. There's a lab technician kneeling in front of Giancarlo Esposito and another one standing while a third on the left is walking across, but in the next shot the leftmost one is already standing perfectly still. Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When "Blue" leaves the badge on the table, it at a distance of almost three times its width from the table border. When Cara looks at him going away, you can see the object being much closer to the edge. (00:32:35)

Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Other mistake: Out of weaponry and with the enemy planes that got a hold of them, all hope is lost for the heroes, even if for some reason the fighters didn't stay behind them to aim but overpassed them. The first TIE fighter that is destroyed when they are saved is shot from the front, but Mando's ship arrives coming from behind them. (00:07:15)

Chapter 8: Redemption - S1-E8

Greef Karga: He missed!
The Mandalorian: He won't next time.
Cara Dune: Our blasters are useless against him.
Greef Karga: Hey, let's make the baby to the magic hand thing. Come on, baby! [Waving his fingers] Do the magic hand thing. [The Child coos.] I'm out of ideas.

Trivia: The series is set in between the events of the original "Star Wars" trilogy and the sequel trilogy. More specifically, it is set about five years after the conclusion of "Return of the Jedi," and around twenty-five years before the events of "The Force Awakens."

Chapter 13: The Jedi - S2-E5

Question: Ahsoka's "head-tails" (called Lekku, technically) seem to have creases in them. Are these meant to be scars from battles, or are they just folds in whatever material was used to make the prosthetics? With all the high production values elsewhere, this would seem to be a fairly ropey oversight if so.

Chosen answer: They could be just like wrinkles from age, like the elderly Togruta in the Zygerrian slaver arc in The Clone Wars series, as Ahsoka is considerably older than her animated appearances. I think there is probably a character design/stylisation aspect to it as well - the other Togruta we've seen in live action, Shaak Ti, has four segments or folds in her lekku that were not visible in her Clone Wars appearances, so it would seem the character design in Clone Wars and Rebels reduces such features.
