Continuity mistake: Ranma runs away from Shampoo's first assault. There's an establishing shot of the 'Pand' cafe, and you can see the big hole in the wall. The debris is shaped like rocks, thicker than the wall they supposedly were a part of. In the next shot, when Akane points her to the wrong direction, you can also see toppled furniture and a dude poking his head out of the wall, not matching the earlier view. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: In the flashback to the first meeting in China, Ranma dodges Shampoo's assault hopping on top of the metal ball of her chuí mace. Seen from behind, the corn ear in her mouth is turned the opposite way compared to the other views, as you can tell by the cob. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When Ranma wins the championship away from Shampoo with a decisive kick, her weapon flies away spinning around in the dedicated view, but in the long shot both her maces are flying away with no rotation. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: Ryoga arrives in the room with a bucket of water, threatening to expose Ranma. During the rest of the scene his position in the room (and the way the sign on the top part of the wall hangs) keep changing, shifting closer to the outside door or the inner part of the room. Continuity mistake: Akane parries the lunging blow by Shampoo who accuses her of hiding Ranma. Her fingers are on yellow slices of her chui, with a green section on top. In the following shot, it's the other way around; the slices in equatorial position are green and the poles are yellow. (00:09:35)

Continuity mistake: Shampoo breaks a part of the outer wall of the Tendo house swinging at Akane. You can see the chui wrecked through 3 vertical rows and part of a fourth, completely destroying horizontal wooden slats. After the intermission we see Akene raging next to the wall, which is now broken in barely 3 sections and with a visible horizontal slat intact in one out of 3. (00:09:50 - 00:11:45)

Continuity mistake: When Ranma breaks Shampoo's weapon intervening to defend Akane, the portion of handle left attached to the iron ball keeps changing in length between shots. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: While Ranma is talking to Soun Tendo, Shampoo is rubbing against him. His hands are down on the tatami, then the right arm is in midair, then when Akane enters the room again in a rage, the arm is down again, and in the reverse shot he is even almost lying down. (00:12:50)

Continuity mistake: As Mr. Tendo is fuming, Shampoo pulls out a book. Seen from behind, she is holding it with the thumb of her left hand along the edge. In the reverse shot, the position of her hand is not consistent; her thumb should be visible or at least part of her hand should be closer, for the thumb to be in that position and at that height. Continuity mistake: Akane's sisters reassure her that Ranma is not fancying Shampoo (Nabiki hilariously remarks that he does not have the guts to cheat on her). She peeks back at him perched on the birdhouse, and you can see he still has his hand raised and finger pointed at Shampoo - but in the next shot, he has both hands down for support. (00:16:25)

Continuity mistake: When Ryoga throws the empty bucket at Ranma, in the shot when she falls off the roof her hair is black like male Ranma's, instead of red. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When the chase at the ending of the episode begins, Shampoo smashes her chui on top of the wall in front of the room with the panoramic view of the pond (the one we see always featured). She does a little bit of damage to it, a bit more of a beach-ball size chunk turned into dust. At the end of the episode Soun Tendo is staring at the garden and that section of the wall has a huge crack, destroyed for at least half its height. (00:18:50)

Continuity mistake: Ranma's shirt has wet stains in the upper part from Nabikini pouring water to turn him back into his male form. Then he falls into the pond thanks to Ryoga's disturbance, turning female again. And the chase begins again, with his shirt having just the wet patch around his shoulders, while she should be wet head to toe. (00:20:00)
