Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7
Plot hole: Lupin tells Fujiko what happened at the Gotti Mansion while she was away, and she is surprised. The caption says it happened "2 hours ago." But turns out it was Zenigata to call the police and send them to the mansion. After that, Fujiko ran off. If she didn't know that Zenigata knew, there's no reason why she would run away. Also, you have to assume that Zenigata has been in front of the phone waiting for a long time for the HQ to call him back about the outcome of the operation, because if he *just* made the call, then Lupin's presence and Fujiko's escape become outright impossible. But it is exactly how it is shown; Zenigata makes the call, and immediately after there's Elena/Fujiko walking down the stairs.
The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5
Factual error: Interviewing the circus crowd, Lupin talks with a guy that is counting a bunch of 5 euro banknotes. The notes lack serial numbers, but even if we consider okay the lack of detail in such a tight close-up where they bothered to reproduce with pretty good precision the rest of the filigree, they surely are shaped wrong, being at least a 30% wider than an actual 5 € note. Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: During the announcement that she is running for office, from Zenigata's point of view Elena is very far away, quite literally a dot in the horizon as if she were on the other end of a large city square, but in the reverse shot from her position, Zenigata is just the other side of a relatively narrow street. (00:20:50)
The Marriage of Lupin III - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Right after his old pals left Lupin alone at the wedding reception, Rebecca jumps at him from behind. She places both hands on his shoulders, but in the next shot she has just her left hand on his matching shoulder. (00:05:35)
Factual error: Fujiko is reading from a fictitious Italian newspaper ("La voce dei fatti") that reads the Japanese way, with the front page being where the last page would be in the Western design. Obviously no such publication could exist in Italy. That's also inconsistent throughout the scene itself, since at the beginning it is a normal left-to-right newspaper, then turns Japanese when Lupin says "You have a very discerning eye." (00:06:35)
Continuity mistake: When Nino collapses (camera positioned behind Jigen's head) you can see a blood streak on his right arm as well as the left arm. In the rest of the scene he has blood only on the left arm. Moreover, when Jigen picks him up the puddle of blood on the floor has a different shape compared to what we see when he leaves doctor Livia to her medical duties. (00:12:20)
Other mistake: Lupin is playing chess at the computer, and he wins, as a full screen message shows. It's odd though, since the CPU has a much higher score than he does (by almost three times). Also, the interface contains a "Restor" button, with an obvious typo. (00:10:10)
Factual error: Brozzi asks for Lupin's help saying that the final of the Coppa Italia elimination tournament is in 3 days. He just played a game winning the semifinals, though; there is not, and never has been, such a small interval between the final stages of the cup. (00:06:20)
Factual error: The move Brozzi uses to score the final goal in his hat-trick is illegal; in soccer you can't climb on someone's shoulders to get an edge in a header, even if the person is a teammate. On a marginal note, the players he encounters in the box have names of real players at national level, but in completely different positions (Vieri and Toni were not defenders). (00:20:40)
The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: In the buff acrobat's flashback/narration of Fujiko's seductive ways, she is pulling Luca in with the towel, but Luka is facing away from her in the first shot and towards her in the second. (00:05:40)
Continuity mistake: The SUV with Leo and Mondini crashes into the wall; a rock and several handfuls of soil fall onto the roof. In the wider angle there are a couple of rocks and no dirt and terrain. (00:15:55)
Factual error: The police car license plates shown in the episode have a 2 digits-1 letter -2 digits pattern, while in reality they follow a different one (one letter and then numbers only).
The Marriage of Lupin III - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the bag with the crown is back in the hands of the 9 heads of the country, the strings are missing when the elder says "Sir Lionello, please take the royal crown back." (00:15:00)
The Marriage of Lupin III - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Lupin puts the wedding ring on Rebecca's finger. Right at that moment Zenigata barges in, and a very amused Rebecca begins cheering and jumping excited...with her gloves on. (00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: When Brozzi approaches Lupin in the bar, Jigen distances the glass from his lips before the first cut, but the glass is up and tilted towards his mouth in the next shot. (00:05:05)
The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5
Factual error: The contract signed towards the end is written with the wrong characters - it is missing accents on vowels that require it in Italian "è stabilito", "così." (00:19:15)
Continuity mistake: Brozzi fills the glass past the point of overflowing, and sips from it. In the next cut, the glass is already half empty. That's some potent sucking. (00:06:00)
The Marriage of Lupin III - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the flashback of their first encounter, Rebecca holds the challenging note by Lupin differently between shots. (00:04:50)
The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Fujiko opens the suitcase on her motorbike with the left arm, right arm, left arm, depending on the camera angle. (00:19:45)
