Sudden Death - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: A mysterious woman gets in the flat the doctor rented. From the moment she puts the pink cardigan on, the hair on her shoulders is inconsistently in front or behind, and while it's obviously well adjusted when she notices the missing tape and the balcony door, it's in disarray over her shoulder when she walks back from the window. (00:21:40)
Sudden Death - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: The bag of stale chips Magnum puts in front of Dr. Noelani Cunha is perfectly flat in the first shot, stands more upright in the next. (00:18:55)
Sudden Death - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: During the chat with Steuben, TC is fighting in the ring. His shirt is already a sweaty mess after Magnum is barely 15 seconds into the conversation. (00:15:00)
Sudden Death - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Magnum approached Wade Steuben and he points TC in the ring to him. His hand is raised (since he is literally pointing, after all) but in the next shot he has his arms folded. (00:14:55)
Sudden Death - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the kid walks off the pitch at the beginning of the episode, he's carrying his helmet in the left hand and sports bag in the right, but when TC explains the sad story of the dad, he has the helmet in his right and the bag in his left. (00:01:40)
Six Paintings, One Frame - S1-E4
Character mistake: The art expert says that lapis is a rare gemstone and was used in painting only up to the Victorian Era, after which became too expensive. That's quite misleading; it's not that lapis became more rare or expensive, it's just that adequate artificial substitutes became available.
Six Paintings, One Frame - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Higgins does Magnum's tie when his collar is unbuttoned, but when she's done with the knot all of a sudden the button is fastened as well. (00:40:25)
Six Paintings, One Frame - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Magnum has just been released from the police station, and him and Higgy are walking down the stairs as she explains to him the superglue trick. A man suddenly appears on the stairs during a cut. (00:30:25)
Six Paintings, One Frame - S1-E4
Other mistake: Speaking with Chen, Higgins tells him that she had Robin Master's IT experts "scrub every byte" of the computer Magnum used to upload the report, and there was no security breach on their end. Considering that she is with Magnum when they visit the crime scene that the police is still processing, it'd mean that the experts 'scrubbed' the computer doing a complete forensics analysis in an hour or so - assuming they did it on remote too, since obviously Robin Masters' team is not in Hawaii. (00:13:00)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When the culprit backs off from the door because of detective Katsumoto and drags Emily with him, she has her left shoulder covered with hair, a little hair, then no hair at all. Even more noticeably, when Higgins tells him that he does not have to do this etc, he is pulling her with him using his hand encumbered with the trinkets bag, but at the cut his hand is empty and directly on her bare shoulder. (00:36:20)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Rick picks up Magnum's cheque, the envelope on the table is pointed with the right side closer to Magnum. When Magnum pics the envelope a moment later, it is the other way around, the closer side is the left one. (00:26:40)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Thomas gave the information about the comatose girl to his client. The client puts the phone down at an angle and relatively close. The next time we see the phone during conversation, it's aligned to the table and at greater distance, and when Rick arrives with the case file it's at an angle again. (00:24:15)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Magnum pulls some envelopes out from their hiding spot and flaunts them to Higgins; they are in different order in each shot (white on top, green on top, white again). (00:21:55)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: During the stop to commit a felony on the way home, Magnum picks the lock and opens the door. Higgins who was on lookout turns around, and in the new shot Magnum is still opening the door he already opened, and using the other arm. (00:20:45)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Luther scratches, sending the cue ball into the pocket. He then throws the cue stick on the table...next to the cue ball. (00:04:15)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Luther at the beginning of the initial conversation grabs a cue and takes a quick shot. Magnum begins to explain he's "a little tight" on money, and in this new shot a ball moves across the pool table while the view of the table before cut lingered long enough for the balls to stop already. (00:03:25)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Right after the "girl power" fistbump, Higgins grabs her phone and there's a close-up of a Luther. In close-up, you see the right thumb on the side of the phone, but in the reverse shot the thumb is on the front of the device. (00:03:00)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: The episode begins with the camera behind Juliett Higgins; she is leaning against her hand in a closed fist. Next, and we see her with the fingers straight and she makes a fist only a second later. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: In the ending, between cuts you can spot multiple continuity errors involving the friends' chopsticks; for instance when TC asks how the date with Higgy was, Thomas' hand was hovering above the lid, but it's inside the container right at the cut. (00:40:30)
Continuity mistake: In the terrorists' SUV, Higgins tells Magnum he's "extremely perilous to one's health", facing him, and then looks straight forward, turning her head. Next shot and she's still facing him. (00:36:15)
