Other mistake: Dave injured his left wrist and it was placed in a black cast. Dave wears his watch on his right wrist and has the pen in his right hand as he is right handed. Continuity mistake: Van on the Blue Team is asked to leave Hell's Kitchen by Chef Ramsey and is shown walking out. Soon after, when the Red team is nominating team members for elimination, the camera shows Nick on the Blue team and Van's Head is in the shot. Other mistake: Hell's Kitchen coins its brand as being top shelf. However, in the pantry Chef Ramsey has bottles of Trader Joe's Charles "Two Buck Chuck" Shaw wine on display (on the top and middle shelves). (00:29:27)
