Continuity mistake: Mr. Monroe (Jim J. Bullock) is explaining infant care to his class using a rubber doll when a paper airplane with a sense of direction starts buzzing his head. He swings the baby, hitting the skeleton next to his desk, shattering its head and sending it to the floor. In the next cut, the skeleton is standing up again, and Mr. Monroe whacks it down again.
Other mistake: When the clock is first shown in "Dances," the time is 7:40, but the title card reads: "1 hour 40 minutes until 9:00."
Sick Days & Spelling Bee - S1-E6
Other mistake: Vincent Martella plays a bit part as "Scoop", a newspaper photographer. His name is misspelled in the end credits as "Vincent Matella."
School Elections & Talent Show - S1-E8
Character mistake: There is a campaign poster that reads, "Vote for Ned or Your Dead." "Your" should be spelled "You're."
Computer Labs & Backpacks - S1-E9
Other mistake: In "Computer Lab," when Cookie is scanning for his locker, the exact same locker is scanned as both "Not Yours" and "Locker Located."
Continuity mistake: When Loomer and Cookie are sliding in the hallway, Cookie crashes into the first locker. But in the next shot, he is in the last one.
Continuity mistake: In "Gym," when Moze is talking to Ned and Cookie arrives, we see her close her locker. In the next shot, it's open again. And in the next one, it's once again closed.
Continuity mistake: At the end of "Dares", Ned's hair is dry after he gets out the kiddie pool, but in the last shot, his hair is wet.
Art Class & Lost and Found - S3-E5
Other mistake: Ned paints a rather obscene painting and brings it up to his teacher. He had just painted the painting and his teacher gets angry at the school cutting the art budget, so Ned holds the painting against his chest. When he takes it off his chest, there is no paint on his chest and the painting had no chance to dry before he put it on his chest.
