Continuity mistake: Overcome by mysterious toxic fumes, Bad Cooper loses control of his car and rolls it on the roadside. The vehicle tumbles but lands upright; and, as it comes to rest, the interior camera shot looking out shows a relatively minor crack in the far left side of the windshield. Camera cuts to an exterior frontal shot looking in at Bad Cooper, and now the windshield is shattered all the way past center, with the left side partially caved-in. Camera cuts back to an interior shot looking out, and the windshield is, again, largely undamaged. Camera cuts back to exterior and the windshield is, again, thoroughly shattered. Another interior shot looking out, again, shows minor damage.
Other mistake: When we first see Gordon aboard his jet, the shot of the jet from the outside is a flipped shot. Note the lettering on the right engine.
Continuity mistake: When "Dougie" is having his blood pressure tested, he pokes the strap around his right arm after the doctor says that his blood pressure is "110 over 20." In the shot immediately afterwards, he's not poking it anymore.
Continuity mistake: When Anthony Sinclair is talking with Duncan Todd in his office, there's a remote or a phone or something on Todd's desk to his right that keeps moving between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Bobby, Shelly and Becky are talking at the diner, Shelly's mug is constantly moving between shots without her touching it.
Continuity mistake: When "Dougie" is taken out of the limo in the desert, the box containing the cherry pie that he's carrying is closed and then suddenly open between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the vortex and headless corpse scene, Gordon's US flag pin on his suit keeps moving between shots without him touching it.
Continuity mistake: There are 2 pictures and a mirror visible on the walls behind Carrie Page, just before she tells Cooper to come in. Upon entering, the camera switches to inside her house. Now only one picture, a different one than before, is there. The previous two and the mirror are gone.
