Welcome to Brickleberry - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Malloy takes a bite of the lollipop, he does so at the top. When Ethel takes it, the bite is still at the top. But in the next shot, the bite is to the side. Also, when the lollipop is turned over to the other side, the direction the "swirls" go in remains the same. Since it's the opposite side, the direction should go the opposite way.

Squabbits - S1-E4

Other mistake: When Connie picks the padlock, the shackle pops open. However, because of its position and since she doesn't move the padlock, the lock's shackle goes through the metal handle on the door.

My Way or the Highway - S2-E7

Factual error: When the militia come in to shoot Woody, they're holding pump action shotguns and you hear them pump them (meaning chamber a round so it's ready to shoot). Even if we assume Malloy and Jorge did not do this, we see/hear them both pump the shotgun twice (without ever shooting in between). However, pumping the shotgun after a round has been chambered will eject the round, in the case of Malloy and Jorge an intact round, not just the shell, would be ejected. However, we never see anything be ejected.

Write 'Em Cowboy - S3-E5

Plot hole: When Connie uses the wish machine to make Malloy small again, she instead wished for Ethel's breasts to get significantly bigger. However, in the next scene Ethel's breasts are back to her regular size. The plot shows that the wish doesn't wear off, and someone else would have needed to wish for Ethel's breast to get smaller but no one did.

Old Wounds - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: Steve brings Denzel a McRib sandwich and says don't ask how I got it. He shows Denzel his "purple" hand. When Steve takes the sandwich back, the purple color completely vanishes without him wiping it off.

Global Warning - S3-E13

Continuity mistake: When Woody pulls the lever to shock Steve, right before Steve sees the global warming disaster, he breaks the handle and it's in the up/on position. After the vision, in the wide shot, the handle is no longer broken and in the down position. In the next shot it's back up and broken.

Write 'Em Cowboy - S3-E5

Trivia: When Malloy says "at least it wasn't the Berenstain Bears", he mispronounces the name. He pronounces the end as "steen" or "stein" instead of "stain." But this is common, because many people swear the books from their childhood was spelled "Berenstein Bears" and think at some point someone changed the spelling to "Berenstain Bears" for no reason.
