Continuity mistake: Caine leaps onto a table that has a pitcher on it, which disappears and turns into a small wooden keg that he kicks into the face of the thug fighting him.
Continuity mistake: After Caine slams the bad guy through the window of the store, the face of the stunt man playing Caine is visible and has white powder on the left side of his face. The next shot shows Caine in the store with no powder on his face.
Trivia: "Kung Fu" was not canceled due to poor ratings, as it performed solidly during its run. It was canceled due to the physical stress and abuse on David Carradine's body, and it was wearing him out.
