Plot hole: Voight and Trudy are sitting in Voight's patrol vehicle discussing Roy Walton and Mark Irwin. They state that Intelligence killed Mark Irwin. After, Voight is shown checking his vehicle for a tracker and bug, which he finds on and in the vehicle. Based on Voight's experience, he should have checked the vehicle first. Question: In the wake of the bioterror attacks, how come we didn't see the FBI get involved with the investigation and subsequent manhunt? Also, with the bioterrorist finally located, how come the SWAT team wasn't called in to spearhead the takedown? In real life, the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team would most likely be the ones to go in after a terrorist.
