Camera closer up, and she is holding a pen. Moments later, Camille is writing with her pen that has the cap fitted on the top, except in the last shot (when Dwayne mentions the authentic meal) when it's gone. (00:05:35)

Continuity mistake: During the first interview with the suspects, at Catherine's, the drinks on the table are positioned differently depending on the angle; for instance when Imke Sandt mentions the "foraged for other ingredients", the slice of lemon on her glass is on the part of the rim closest to her, but when Camille begins her follow-up question the slice moved to the opposite side. Continuity mistake: When Camille spots the camera and asks Henri Garon to give it to the authorities, in close-up the camera is fairly close to the side of the table by him. In the wider angles though, it's noticeably more distant, at least compared to the distance with the shorter side of the table. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When Florence passes the sheet with Alan Butler's info to DI Humphrey Goodman, on the background Dwayne is working at the computer and glances towards them - but as the paper reaches Goodman's hands in the next shot, Dwayne has changed stance and is sitting comfortably watching them.
