Continuity mistake: S46/E47 In an earlier episode Phyllis was named CEO of Jabot, the first thing she did was pack up certain items in her new office. The first thing she put in the box to go was Ashley's Innovator of the Year award, and she gave the box to Billy to take home. However, the award is now back in her office and sitting behind her. Other mistake: S48 E82: Adam calls 911 for an ambulance for Chase that has been shot, but Adam never gave the address or location where the ambulance should go. It shows up to the right place anyway. (00:05:52)
Character mistake: S44/E80 Noah Newman works as a bartender, and while at Victor Newman's house says "let's show off some of those drink serving skills." While making a drink he pours straight vodka from the bottle into a martini glass and puts in olives and hands it to Abby to drink. As bartender Noah should know how to make a martini. He doesn't use any vermouth with the vodka and doesn't chill it first by shaking or stirring it before pouring it into the martini glass. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: S51 E94 The colour of Chelsea's pants changes from solid beige with a black belt in the coffee house to brown plaid with a black belt in the bedroom. (00:46:57 - 00:48:17)
Revealing mistake: 44/34 Nick Newman is hit from behind and knocked unconscious. However, he bows his head and braces for the blow before he is hit. (00:48:00)
Character mistake: S48/E137: Victor Newman when speaking to Sharon he refers to Moses Winters as Neil Winters' grandson when in fact he should know that Moses is Neil's son. (00:54:33)
Factual error: S 49/E 5-12: Victoria and Ashland's wedding was in Italy. While in Italy the characters made calls back to Genoa City, Wisconsin and always apologized for the time difference and for disturbing them. In fact, it should have been the other way around since there is a 7-hour time difference with Italy being ahead. There were scenes where they claiming it was morning or night in Genoa City when it should have been morning or night based on the time of the scenes in Italy.
