Continuity mistake: This mistake occurs in four shots: As Summer asks Jerry for a ride to work, the small robot that Rick had built at the dining table has the butter to its left. In the second shot, the butter has moved to the robot's right side. In the third shot, the butter appears behind the robot. In the fourth shot, the butter returns to the robot's right. (00:00:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rick, Jerry and Beth are eating pancakes, Jerry has his fork in his, but when Morty walks into the room and Jerry mentions science fairs are a father/son thing, Jerry's fork is suddenly on the table beside the knife. A further two shots after, the fork is suddenly back in the pancakes.

Continuity mistake: Whilst the family are eating breakfast, in the first shot of the breakfast table, Beth has a glass of orange juice in front of her plate. In the next shot, the glass is to the right of her plate. Two shots after, the glass is suddenly more forwards on the table. Jerry's glass and knife & fork also move.
Answer: C-137 is the dimension they came from since the pilot. After C-137 is Chronenberg'd, Rick and Morty travel to a replacement dimension that we haven't found out the designation of (although they may have moved dimensions again). The "original" Jerry, Beth, and Summer are still on C-137 though.
