Factual error: When Hap goes to the grocery store to buy beer, it shows signs of a grocery store selling beer, liquor, cigs, milk and bread. This doesn't exist in Texas. Liquor is not sold in grocery stores. And liquor stores (only sell alcohol, no groceries) would close at 9 pm and this is after that since everyone was asleep.
Factual error: Hap is sending a package to Houston, Texas but the zip code he writes is "89921." This isn't anywhere near Houston. At best it's El Paso, although 89921 isn't in use. (And if his 5s look like 8s, "59921" is in Montana).
Factual error: As the camera pans out across the junkyard, most of the vehicles are from the late 1990s and early 2000s though the show is set in 1990. (00:28:20)
