Factual error: They travel to Zambia along the Luangwa to search for leopards and the locals speak Swahili. In that region of Zambia they speak Nyanja or Bemba. I lived in Northerm Zambia for a few years and all the way up to the Tanzania border it was not common for anyone to know Swahili.
Continuity mistake: In season 1 they are tracking leopards but when they take a cub for the cure it's clearly an African serval kitten.

Question: Why isn't it explained how only the journalist seems to have survived the air crash at the end of Episode 12, but in the following episode all the other members of the team are alive and well?
