Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is left alone at the couch, her mom comes up to talk to her. Before her mom shows up, there is a water bottle in front of Phoebe. After Phoebe's mom sits down next to her, the water bottle moves to the other side of the table without anyone touching it.
Cheer and Present Danger - S2-E8
Audio problem: After Cherry states "phone number," as in deleting Phoebe's phone number while in a fight, Phoebe repeats it, in a more disappointed tone. But as she taps her finger on the delete button, the beep does not match up with when her finger taps the button.
Welcome to the Family Part 2 - S2-E25
Revealing mistake: When the family releases Chloe's bubble ability for the last time in the episode the bubble machine is visible.
Suggested correction: There is no bubble machine visible.

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe takes a bite out of the Jelly Jam, goo goes all over her. In the next shot, her shirt is spotless.
Continuity mistake: When Max and his band are at Splat Burger in the beginning, the table that the band is sitting at changes. When Max introduces the band to Wolfgang, they are sitting at a booth near the door. When Max gets up to play his song, they are sitting at a booth in the middle of the restaurant. When Max is covered in tomatoes, the band is at the booth by the door again.
Thunder Van - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: When Max has the Thunder Van manual, Phoebe uses her telekinesis to get it back. The wires attached to the book are in the shot.
Continuity mistake: Phoebe gets a lump on her head but at the tennis tournament it disappears. (01:00:00)
Welcome to the Family Part 2 - S2-E25
Other mistake: Throughout this episode, Max is captured by villains and is about to be bitten by a vat of hermit crabs. It's pretty obvious that between every scene of Max, instead of the platform lowering, it's just getting higher. Clearly, Max should've got to the hermit crabs about halfway through the episode.
Thunder Van - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: In order to escape the van, the kids use their powers to burn a hole in the bottom of the van. The hole is different from when they make it to when they escape.
Revealing mistake: The stunt double for Bradford is rather obvious when he's in his wrestling uniform.
Plot hole: When Max is shooting the epic fail video of Billy and Nora, the camera turns off without Max touching any buttons.
Continuity mistake: When you see Barb back from CostClub she has at least 7 boxes. When she is seen again she has 3.
Continuity mistake: Rusty throws his rattle on the ground, and when Nora and Billy push the strollers to the balloons, it is still there. But after this, it disappears for the rest of the episode.
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe and Max are tied together, the whip starts to cause sparks to fly in the the air. Then, a lightning bolt appears and Electress (really Barb) pops up and says "shocked to see me?" and the whip isn't sparking anymore.
Suggested correction: Her presence stops the whip from sparking as it was her weapon.
But wouldn't the fact that Max and Phoebe are touching the whip also keep it from sparking? True, it's not their weapon, but they are "supes," so their powers should have prevented it.
Revealing mistake: When Max pushes the stroller into his house, look into the stroller and you can see a baby doll, not a real baby.
Visible crew/equipment: When Hank is bribing Billy and Nora with the giant chocolate chip cookie the camera is reflected in the window on the door.
Welcome to the Family Part 1 - S2-E24
Revealing mistake: When the father is launched down the stairs he's very obviously been replaced by a dummy. Watch how his left arm bends awkwardly.
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe summons her suspects who she thinks might be the Rebel Raptor and when only Gideon showed up, he is holding red and white flowers in a bouquet, but in the next shot, he is holding yellow and purple flowers.
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe makes the backpack slide it turns around 180° between shots.
Continuity mistake: After the courier trips and falls the backpack moves closer to him between shots.
