Factual error: They repeatedly say how equipment will freeze in moments, but they leave their faces exposed and coats open, hoods off at times. In such cold temps, the skin would freeze in minutes.
Scorpion (2014)
1 factual error in White Out - chronological order
Starring: Robert Patrick, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Elyes Gabel, Katharine McPhee, Ari Stidham
Extinction - S4-E1
Character mistake: Happy determines that the nitrogen hydroxide ate through the drum because it was "steel alloy," in contrast with Walter's requirement that it be "pure steel." These terms are inaccurate, and would not be used by technical experts like Happy and Walter. Every steel is an alloy, combining at a minimum iron and carbon; steel with other alloying agents is called "alloy steel," not "steel alloy." Because steel doesn't refer to one specific substance, "pure steel" could never be used to specify a material for a given application.
True Colors - S1-E6
Office Admin: Maybe I should go get campus security
Cabe Gallo: Feel free if you want, but my badge is bigger.

Extinction - S4-E1
Question: Collins has a stun cuff on his ankle. Do stun cuffs exist in real life?
